But because the traditional assets management depends on Manual accounting methods, which making assets of historical operation and statistical work so difficult, the asset information of asset management department and administrative institutions is asymmetry, Asset allocation inequality, uneven, serious losses of state-owned assets are increasingly prominent. it is an urgent problem to asset management department to manage, make good use of these assets.This paper according to the practical demands of administrative institutions asset management, combined with the current way of state-owned assets management system, based on J2EE development platform, using SQL Server2005database, design and Realization of the assets management information system in administrative institution. Firstly, this paper mainly describes the background and significance of the research, and analysis the current administrative institutions asset management.secondly, introducing the related technologies, and to explain the assets management information system in administrative institution needs in detail. Thirdly, the design and implementation of the system is introduced in this paper. Finally, the system has been tested. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the administrative institutions and asset management department, demand for asset management, through the survey on the current administrative institutions asset management, analysis and summary, to realize the information management in administrative institutions assets.The realization of the system, improve the efficiency of asset management in administrative institutions, solve the problem of asset management and administrative institutions of information asymmetry, improve asset utilization, prevent the loss of state-owned assets, represent the assets from the "entrance" to "integrated management" of exports.
