With the development of network technology, new computer technology constantly emerging and new technology being used widely in all walks of life the way we live and work has fundamentally changed. Even the most common services of people’s lives, food and beverage industry, is no exception. New technology and equipment have become popular in the catering information system. Systems management, equipment management and information interaction are the core of the catering information system construction. After years of development, middleware technology has become common in most areas of application. The international market of some of the big middleware vendors offered a rich variety of middleware products that can be applied to many technology systems and will result in a reduction to the cost of application development, improve development efficiency and provide powerful technical support. Research in middleware technology has lead to its use to effectively resolve the data interaction conflict between different systems, platforms and devices. The IBM WebSphere MQ message middleware can negotiate the data communication between the nearly30multiple platforms without the need for multiple application development platforms. This greatly reduces development costs and shorten the development cycle.Restaurant chain information systems for large and medium-sized chain catering enterprises can be used to provide powerful information solutions for group management business models. The restaurant chain information system is a distributed system, divided into the group headquarters and restaurant business side, the technical implementation architecture is used to the BS and CS ways. Both ends of the systems requires a large amount of data transmission in real time, efficiency and a secure transport. In a more in-depth study including working principle, communication methods, service characteristics of the catering industry and the allocations of catering information systems a suitable MQ communication implementation model and deployment scheme along with the application of an actual project optimization resulted in a successful application of MQ technology to solve the problem of restaurant chain information system data communication problems. This paper studies the functional requirements for message middleware technology, and the restaurant chain information system analysis, using IBM WebSphere MQ technology tools to design and implement restaurant chain information system data communication features. And track the use affect of typical users along with program performance tuning.
