High efficiency and low power consumption is the development of PSU. It’s already become basic constitute at a lot of equipment and instruments.Core unit-control circuit integration of the switching power supply has been one of switching power supply development for many years. A smaller volume, the less EMI, over current and over voltage protection circuit technology has been developing in this process.Switching power supply is mainly to use some new technology to control the turn-on and turn off the power switch tube (MOSFET, IGBT) of the duty ratio and the use of positive and negative feedback circuit to stabilize the output voltage of a new type regulated power supply. From the last century since the90’s have entered the field of switch power supply all kinds of electronics, power supply, electronic testing equipment control equipment power supply has been widely used in switching power supply; Switching power supply due to size, weight, efficiency and reliability of your advantages, present in many fields ofcomputer, communication, household appliances, radar, space technology has completely replaced the traditional stabilized voltage power supply. There are mainly three kinds of control technology of switching power supply:pulse width modulation (PWM); the pulse frequency modulation (PPN); pulse width and frequency modulation (PWN-PFH)。With the rapid development of society, due to the switch power supply with its compact, higher efficiency widely used at defense\Industrial\and measure instrument. This paper mainly describe an approach based on full bridge topology switch power supply design. Frist combine with my company and foreign switch power supply design, introduced from the entire structure as wellas switching power supply functions of each part, and then focuses on thefull-bridge structure based on power supply design, and use the microchip monitor the power supply operation condition like OC,OV,OT, Base on the product data analysis and the performance analysis,Thus optimize the product.
