Cable Real-time Perception And Management System Based On Wireless Sensor Network

With the development of microelectronic technology, computer technology, internet technology,especially the IOT(Internet of Things)technology. The ways of production data real-time perceptionand information management in modern enterprise are deeply changed. IOT technology which isused into the process of enterprise production and management can greatly improve productionefficiency, product quality and core competitiveness of enterprise.By using embedded system technology and IOT communication technology, an informationmanagement system which is consisted of optical fiber wired real-time perception terminal, apowerline wireless real-time perception terminal and remote data center are designed. Bothterminals can respectively get key technical parameters which reflect the quality of optical fiber andpowerline, then transmit the real-time data through wired or wireless network to remote datacenter.The remote data center mainly provides web browser-based perception data query andanalysis. In addition, the remote data center has the functions of optimizing task scheduling andoffering operator a mobile phone-based way to query scheduled task.With S3C2440A microprocessor as a core, the optical fiber real-time perception terminal hasexpansion equipments such as ethernet interface,touch screen, USB interface,GPIO port, buzzer.Thelow-level hardware drivers are developed by cutting and transplanting embedded Linux system andhuman-computer friendly graphical interface is developed based on Qt tecnology. The optical fiberterminal supports multi-mode switching，network data transmission functions. The powerlinereal-time perception terminal is consisted of STM32FM107VCT6microprocessor, ethernetinterface, touch screen, RS232serial port and CC2430-based ZigBee wireless module.The softwareof multi-sensor real-time perception and ZigBee data communication is developed using IAREmbedded Workbench. The software of JavaSwing-based graphical control interface which controlspowerline real-time perception terminal via ethernet is developed using Eclipse.As a remote datacenter, the Hp server installs Linux CentOS5.5operating system, Oracle11.2g database andTomcat7.0Web services. Develop background data receiving program for optical fiber real-timeperception terminals. Web management software for remote data center is designed using Java Webtechnology combined with the use of MVC architecture and SSH framework. Perception datamanagement of PC users is achieved using JQuery easyUI framework and the application ofscheduled tasks query on mobile phone based on Android or IOS platform is developed using JQuery Mobile framework.After live debugging, the running systems have achieved the desired requirements of varioustechnical indicators. This thesis provides a method to improve the information construction of cableproduction enterprises.
