Manufacturing execution system(abbreviated as MES)is a management information system that ranks between upper enterprise resource planning system and the lower process control system.With the rapid development of automatic control technology and information technology,manufacturing execution system has been widely used in petroleum,chemistry,metallurgy,pharmaceutical and other process industries.The thesis is based on the information project construction of Bohai Fine paper company.By means of thorough investigation for basic conditions,need analysis,it learns from the successful experience of MES projects at home and abroad,combined with the chemical industry production characteristics,then completes the design of MES system.Using the overall structure of “two libraries and three layers”,and real-time iHyperDB database,relational database,Microsoft SQL server 2008 and Microsoft Visual Studio2010 development platform method to complete the system development work.Collecting,counting and analyzing the real-time data of each branch companies and each workshop production to improve enterprise management level with the help of information means.First,the system issues the overall architecture design.It proposes the use of real-time database,relational database to solve the problem of data collection,data storage and data development in Information Island.According to the actual needs of enterprises,characteristics of chemical industry and each module of development system.Detailed energy module design and development process,including basic theory of module,the establishment of data model and algorithm functions are all introduced in detail.The use of MES system has improved the production management level of the chemistry enterprise and reach the expected goal.It has provided production managers with a scientific and reliable management tools to improve the company's overall labor productivity,safety and environmental protection and emergency response capabilities.
