Optimization Of IP Metropolitan Area Network For Jingzhou Telecom Network

The competition in broadband access area is becoming more and more intensely. As thesupporting platform in IP business, Jingzhou Telecom IP MAN still cannot satisfy therequirements of service development. It is very important for the development of JingzhouTelecom to do a deep research on the design and construction of Jingzhou Telecom IP MAN, andto solve the main problems existed in IP MAN.Firstly, the concepts, characteristics, network structure and development of IP MAN areintroduced, as well as the main content and arrangement of this thesis. Secondly, this thesis statesthe optimization background of Jingzhou Telecom IP MAN, and puts forward the next work thatJingzhou telecom needs to optimize through the analysis of the current situation of JingzhouTelecom IP MAN. Then, according to the IP MAN orientation, this thesis confirms thedevelopment rules and overall scheme of Jingzhou Telecom IP MAN optimal design. Networkstructure, routing protocol, Qos design, and service realization of the IP MAN are discussed indetail. Based on the prediction of broadband users and broadband flow, as well as theoptimization object，the optimizing construction scheme of Jingzhou Telecom IP MAN backbonelayer, convergence layer, access layer is proposed, which including the network management,network security, and IP address planning. At last, this thesis analyzes the results after theoptimization deployment, summarizes the optimal design of Jingzhou Telecom IP MAN, and itsfuture development is prospected.
