Taizhou Telecom ODN Network Construction Project Quality Control In The Study

For telecom operators, in the construction of fiber to the home FTTH, fiber to the desktop FTTD, fiber to the office FTTO, fiber to the building FTTB based on EPON technology in the new, expansion, reconstruction of ODN network construction process, are faced with great challenge of construction quality. Highlight three processes of project quality management, quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, which introduces several common quality control tools.Based on the above theory, combined with the actual production situation of Taizhou Telecom ODN network construction, in-depth study and summarizes the quality planning, quality assurance in the process of ODN network construction, quality control, each of a plurality of key elements. With particular emphasis on the engineering design quality, project quality guarantee,"man, machine, material, method, environment" causality diagram analysis and application of tool use, refine and perfect the acceptance management, strict implementation of construction quality traceability.Finally, the results are applied to a practical ODN network construction case of Taizhou local network, verified from the point of view of quality management and economic feasible, used properly can make economic and considerable improvement in quality.The next step of research and improvement direction, is implemented in the ODN network project quality control management methods, study the quality control of maintenance of ODN network.
