With the rapid development of network, the network energy saving get more and more attention. The current network have a lot of problem,like a high energy consumption, low efficiency, waste and other problems. Construction of green network to solve the energy problem is imminent. To achieve energy saving, by linking the network depend on the situation and dormancy the router wakeup operation for changing the network topology. In the face of the dynamic change of network topology, the proposed green network dynamic topology managent mechanisms manage the topology.This paper design and Simulation of the green network have successful established dynamic topology management mechanism. The mechanism includes path information collection module, flow prediction module, intelligent decision module, topology updating module.Traffic Information collection module collect the flow information in link network and router,sense the changing information in network topology,in which the topology change information includes link and router fault information and adding information. Traffic prediction module is based on link and router for predicting the flow work, judging link and router can be dormanted or whether the link overload the information. Intelligent decision modules carry processing for the failure of link and router and the topology changes. At the same time it have the dormancy&waking up decision for link and router. Dormancy wakeup decisions combine with path feedback mechanism and the collected routing information to make dormancy and wakeup decision for linking and router. Path feedback mechanisms ensure traffic information flow, without affecting the normal operation of the path. Topology updating module is update operation for achieving topological convergence when the network due to link and router fault, accessing and dormancy wakeup operations make topology change.In this paper, the green networks achieve the dynamic topology management mechanism, and evaluate the performance. The results show that the dynamic topology management faces the divesity topology with efficient managment in green network without affecting the network normal running.
