With the development of the micro-electronics technology, sensor technology, embedded technology and wireless communication technology, the research on wireless sensors network become one of the hottest spots in communication field. Wireless sensors network bridging objective physical information and network transmission, it not only supply real-time and effective message, but also strengthen the ability of people getting information. It has obtained widely applications and developments in the military, environmental monitoring, development of the industry and agriculture, health care and other areas.Coverage control of the wireless sensors network is a key research direction. For sensor nodes have limited energy and cannot be added, so when they move dynamically in the process of coverage, distance optimization can effectively reduce the energy consumption and prolong the lifetime of the network.Based on the research of the coverage of the wireless sensors network in two-dimensional space, for the situation that sensor nodes have various deployment strategies in three-dimensional space, a determined deployment strategy that based on the truncated octahedron is proposed. Paper focus on a coverage model in three-dimensional space that base on the concept of lattice. In the condition of a decided deployment strategy in three-dimensional space, paper proposed a hybrid coverage control algorithm that based on energy efficiency. Compared artificial immune algorithm with ant colony algorithm, a immune-ant colony coverage algorithm is proposed in the condition of3-D. Upon using immune genetic algorithm to improve ant colony algorithm function, the algorithm not only improves the bad features such as "early-coming" and local optimal solution, but also guarantees the high quality of network coverage with effective energy using of the nodes. Finally, the simulation results proved that the proposed hybrid algorithm is superior.
