With the development of China highway, high grade highway increasing, all steeltruck radial tire which is adapt to high speed, with fuel-efficient, comfortable and highsafety performance is more and more favored by the users. But the tire productionconditions are poor, environment pollution is serious, workers labor intensity is high, theautomaticity of production process is low, there is badly in need of a kind of specialmechanical equipment to achieve conveying tires automatically in the tire industry. Theappearance of the tire automatic conveyor system resolved the problem.Combined with the current development in the direction at home and abroad, as wellas the specific requirements of the production line, in this paper, a set of automaticconveying machinery of all steel radial tire is designed to handle all steel radial tire to thematerial car or pallets for materials handling.Firstly, this paper analyses the conveying requirements of the tire, determines theworking principle of automatic conveying system by comparing the advantages anddisadvantages of several existing transportation modes, and designs the overall scheme ofconveying system. The three-dimensional model of every parts and components isestablished by using three-dimensional design software SolidWorks, which are assembledinto a complete machine model. At the same time, the part and assembly drawings aredrawn by the two-dimensional design software-AutoCAD.Secondly, according to the finite element theory and method, the static analysis andmodal analysis about large-span molding frame body and overall structure of formingLongmen manipulator are completed by the finite element analysis software ANSYSWorkbench. The stress diagram, total deformation figure and each modal image of maincomponents are obtained.Thirdly, designing pneumatic system of manipulator, according to the requirementsof the manipulator under stable work, designing reasonable pneumatic system overallscheme, and choose the right pneumatic system components.All steel radial tire automatic conveyor system that is designed and researched canefficiently complete to transmit tire automatically, and has very important significance to improve the tire production efficiency, reduce the workers labor intensity, achieveconveying tire with high speed, high efficiency and high quality.
