In order to meet the needs of coal mine loading and unloading and transportation wood,this paper designs a hydraulic drive arm which is easy to install on ordinary forklift.Combined with the actual working environment and the actual size of the forklift and wood,the design and analysis and optimization of the manipulator are realized by referring to the experience of the same type of product design in the past,using the advanced theory knowledge,the three-dimensional modeling technology,the finite element analysis tool and the modern structure optimization concept.To meet the specific design parameters under the premise of the design as much as possible beautiful,easy to operate and repair work.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Access to existing design information,combined with the existing data with Solid Works software to complete the solidification of the hydraulic drive arm assembly work.The software analysis tool is used to analyze the important structure of the manipulator to test whether the important parameters and weight parameters meet the design requirements,and provide the data for the machining of the manipulator.(2)The ADAMS dynamic simulation software was used to build the virtual prototype system of the hydraulic drive robot,and the model pretreatment was further completed.The model rationality is verified and the model is optimized.Through the above analysis,verify that the physical model meets the design requirements.(3)The optimized model is introduced into ANSYS.Through finite element analysis of some important structures,the stress and deformation cloud maps are analyzed,and the weak parts of the structure are pointed out.The optimal solution is proposed,and the structure which does not meet the design requirements is re-Design,for the safety of the arm to provide a theoretical basis.In this paper,through the theoretical research,complete the model design and simulation work,designed a suitable for coal mine timber transport work of the new hydraulic drive arm.And use the analysis software to verify the mechanical arm in the quality and structural strength,stiffness,telescopic radius,rotation angle and other parameters meet its actual work.
