Content:Our economy has roared ahead since reform and opening up. Every industryhas achieved leapfrogging development. The field of architectural design and environmentalartistic design has prompted rapidly accompanied by people’s advancement of artisticaccomplishments and appreciation level. The housing requirement of people is not confinedto live, otherwise they require more in the spiritual level such as landscape construction andcultural atmosphere. Imagination before decoration ‘has became the basic rule of thearchitecture industry. Under this circumstance, the architectural animation will emerge asrequired.The architectural animation which is based on the design drawing,using the computer3D display technique view the appearance of the building, the circumstance of indoor andoutdoor and the facilities in the formation of animation. They can deduce the lifecircumstance which is designed by the program in advance. By dint of the deduction, we notonly can offer people the intuitive sense of architectural space distribution and detailed view,but also the feeling on the spot in person which is hard to achieve through pictures. The usingof virtual technology of architectural animation has enriched the propagandas and marketingtools of the real estate industry.The property developers are attempting various measures to stimulate the consumingdesires and behavior with the fierce competition of real estate industry. The architecturalanimation is a revolutionary breakthrough in forms of artistic presentation without doubtcompared with traditional propaganda banners, advertising leaflets and architectural models.They view the construction project through art genres which can perform more vividly,comprehensively and stereoscopic, offering terrific visual impact and power which can notonly attract the customer rapidly to stimulate the consumption behavior, but also help theproperty developers to increase their market share faster and better.With the continuous improvement of people’s appreciation, The audience put forwardhigher requirements about the quality of the architectural animation which means we need tosign and fabricate more elaborate models, more vivid lamplight, more complicated materials,more realistic effects and accurate dynamic effects. They are not only the simplepile of the work process but also multiply the production cycle of the project and the outputtime of rendering. If the number of scenes is beyond the capacity of the computer, thecomputer will halt and the files will be damaged.The represented model of architectural, entourage of building, forestation and landscapeconstitute an integrated architectural animation scene. Usually, we downsize the scenes of theentourage and forestation which are not recommended to downsize in quantity. The chartedusually instead of models,otherwise,the geometry instead of models in the forestation of thearchitectural animation in order to economize scenes.Many companies updated hardware as possible for better effects which can be used tothe whole model rendering. The whole model rendering is a scene in which every articleshow its form details by detailed models construction,by means of which,the visual effect ismore vivid.Meanwhile,with the prosperity of the model details, the more scenes will be used,the more resources occupied by the software, and the advancement of computationalcomplexity of motion estimation. Operational delay and calculation-slow occur whensoftware is running if resource integration is bad. Normally, it takes a few minutes ofoperation steps. But it will take more than ten minutes if it delayed. It will lead the pop out of3dsmax even computer crash. How to improve the running speed under the condition oflimited hardware resources to ensure the smooth completion of this project is worthy ofattention for architectural animation.At present, students of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts who majored in buildingprofessional performance mainly use their laptops to design animation. Because of thedifference between the hardware conditions, many students are confused by the computerconfiguration problem and slow computer speed. Being a teacher of building animationprofessional performance, I’ve always wanted to provide more help for the students. Wesearched a method improving the running speed which is embodied the optimizing of sceneresource after thumbing enormous amount of information. The optimizing way contains theoptimizing of the scene count of the scene model, the optimizing of the number of scenemodel and the application of V-Ray agency. The optimizing of the scene count of the scene model is the content need to pay attentionto in the modeling work. First, The level of the architecture model which contact with theground must be deleted. Deleting the relatively small surface when model and the modelmutual transition will reduces surfaces.Secondly,the redundant point and line that is useless tothe model structure and map should be deleted. Thirdly, pay attention to the number of thecurve when it is extruded into a shape. You can use the line instead of a curve. Fourthly,ensure that all of the model in the scene editor using the Edit Poly real or Edit Mesh, avoidingthe use of NURBS modeling method as possible. Fifthly, usually cylindrical edge numbercontrol within10, Remove the cylinder at the top and bottom of the surface. Smooth structureusing group get smooth effect.The optimizing of the number of scene model is an integration of the individual objectsin the scene, mainly use the Attach (merger) and Collapse (Collapse) command to executeafter creating a complete model gives reasonable texture and adjust good texture coordinate.V-Ray is a rendering3ds Max plug-in, V-Ray agent is a tool of the plug-in. V-Ray agentworks, will be in the scene more surface model is derived for V-Ray proxy objects, then theproxy objects into the scene. After agents operating in the scene object is originally the proxyobject, calculation of the face of the fine model, resource usage. In this way, you can use thenormal configuration of notebook computer rendering tens of millions of even more, can notonly greatly improve the speed of the computer, and can avoid too many face when scenarioto paralyze the software or computer crash.Hope this article can help the architecture professional students who were confused withthis problem.
