With the rapid development of electronic technology,resulting in PCBA whichused in a variety of electronic equipment is increasingly sophisticated. PCBA calledthePrinted Circuit Board Assembly, its level of performance directly determine thequality of the productto a large extent. Therefore, in order to ensure that all varietyspecifications and parameters of PCBA coincides withwhich themdesigned before, theend of the production process needs to join all kinds of test equipmentto test. As aresult,developing PCBA automatic test platform which is automatic, efficient andinnovative is the inevitable demand for high-tech development.In this regard, PCBautomatic test system (PCBATS) came into being.PCBATS can be divided into twotypes:printed circuit board and carrier printed circuit board.PCBATS mentioned inthis article refers to carrier printed circuit board.Based on the analysis of nowadays PCBA automatic test technology on the basisof the status quo at home and abroad, PCBA test platform is divided into two parts:PC application software and hardware equipment.The research of PCBA automatictest platform and application softwarein PCdesign aims at automation andgeneralization whose degree is insufficient, and then to analyze them andcomplete.This paper focuses on the composition of the automatic test platform,analysis of interface hardware and communications between standard equipment. Atthe same time, this paper describes the idea of its software systems architecture, andthe design and implementation of three modules.The following is workflow of automatic test platform. For establishing to guidethe entire testing process workflows,users use a host computer (PC) to load thesoftware application to support friendly interface window. In other words,testinformation and test status is controlled and monitored by this hostcomputer.Hardware devicesare mainly controlled by the host computer, to completethe implementation of the testing, fault detection and other functions PCBA products. In this modern and efficient production, the use of automated testing platformenables automation of production far-reaching significant. And in the practical work,company need to use advanced technology to deal with contemporary sophisticatedelectronic equipment.Because this paper belongs to the desired item, it can prove thatautomatic test platform has its development of the market, so this paper has animportant significance.This paper proposes and implements a PCBA automatic test platform design ideasand software design scheme of upper machine,and completes the construction ofautomatic test platform.Making the PCBA automatic test platform is automatic,versatile and practical.The result of the project has been used in the actual workplace, and it is effectiveand efficient.The actual problem is solved in production processes.
