Along with the continuous development of electronic products to intelligent and miniaturization, microcontroller has become the preferred controller in the electronic product development, and the requirement of using the environment will become more and stricter. In order to better promote the application of microcontroller in the actual life and production, this paper introduces a computer control system which is based on the application PIC16F676-I/P chip microcontroller, the system is suitable for low temperature environment.The temperature system adopts DS1821(PR35encapsulation) temperature sensor, collecting temperature of corresponding position of the key positions, and using the different size of the heating film series (special LCD panel heating film M038-7-66-2-1, core modules heating film M078-66-2-1, hard disk, chip components, such as heating film) heating the key parts, so the key parts to achieve the set temperature requirements, again through the establishment of the temperature control program in the temperature control system, to let the whole computing platform can be automatic temperature control between-65°C to0°C, guaranteeing the platform can be normal used, this greatly improved the stability of the computing platform and the using range.The actual production design shows that the temperature control system has some advantages like small volume, portability strong, the operation is convenient and flexible, practical and low cost. The more important is that the temperature control system using DS1821(PR35encapsulation) temperature sensor, greatly expanding the scope of low temperature. In addition the sensor adopts the constant temperature controller, not only convenient operation but the high reliability of temperature control. This paper elaborates the supporting technology, the hardware composition, software design and the realization of functions. And it gives full consideration to the system reliability and accuracy, and tested the processes for temperature control system, also standardized test content setting out the considerations. Through the overall test of the temperature control system, we established the reasonableness and effectiveness of the temperature control system.The design of this system makes the computer machine constantly reliable under the conditions of the long time of operation at extremely low temperatures, this overcomes the earlier narrow the scope of the low temperature environment and the shortcoming of unable to continue to work for a long time, the implementation of the temperature control system brings great convenience and considerable practical significance to the military, exploration, oil field, which has higher request for low temperature environment.
