With the rapid development of information technology and Internet, the Internet of thingsapplication prospect of wide attention by the governments, academia and industry. IoT widelyapplied, put forward higher requirements for security of data transmission, storage, and access. Howto solve the problem of networking information security has become an important research topic. This thesis mainly research wireless sensor network security in the Internet of things perceptionlayer. In view of the sensor node energy, function limited and other characteristics, this thesisproposes a lightweight authentication scheme applied in Wireless Sensor Networks, this schemebased on the idea of elliptic curve cryptosystem to establish a session key, and achieve mutualauthentication between the user and the sensor nodes (or nodes and nodes). The authenticationprocess simple, effective protected the IoT perception layer data security. In the applications of Internet of things, the privacy of personal information is particularlyimportant. In this thesis research cloud storage access control strategy based on the properties, giventhe access control model based on attribute, access control rules and strategy formulation, throughthe access control mechanism based on attribute to grant legitimate users to access resources, canachieve flexible fine-grained access control. Finally, in view of the medical data security and privacy protection issues in the field of Internetof things, authentication and access control was applied to the electronic medical record system.Design and implement identity authentication between medical sensor nodes, and cloud storageaccess control policy based on attribute, ensure the confidentiality, integrity of medical data.
