Refilling System With The Ota Technology

SIMpass over-the-air refill system bases on the SIM card’s OTA technique. SIMpass interacts with server using SMS point-to-point to implement the over-the-air refill. Customer who has a SIMpass can transfer their money from bank account to their card at anytime, anywhere.The whole system consists of two major components:SIMpass card component and server component. These two components are designed and implemented separately. Beside the main function-over-the-air refill, there are many other auxiliary functions like check balance, log, password setting, etc.During the development of two components, SIMpass’development is based on the STK language (ref.1), uses development tools’CardIDE’(ref.1). The development of server is based on the JAVA language, uses Oracle as background data base. Server system need external modem and running environment is Linux.
