With the rapid development of communication and computer technology, applications of microwave repeater are more and more widely. The structure of microwave equipment is increasing complex. So the equipment maintains is increasingly difficult. We need a control system to monitor and maintain the microwave repeater in long distance.This article designs and implements a monitor system of microwave repeaters. The machine is based on embedded ARM processor hardware platform, and runs on uClinux operation system. It carries out the management of a group of microwave repeaters in a unitize platform, what's more, it has ability of intelligent monitoring and controlling.The machine manages the data which come from the local monitoring unit of repeater with SMS( Short Message Service) and displays them on LCD in tables and graphs. You can monitor and control every repeater from local or long distance because it connects to the Ethernet. The embedded repeater monitoring system, which is designed in my thesis, absorbs advantages of ordinary system, puts forward new concept, simplifies the structure of system, optimizes the performance of system, decreases difficulty of management, increases the managing efficiency. By far, it reaches the anticipated function and design requirement.
