With the rapid development of Internet, the way of using the Internet instead of computing and communication gradually into the content sharing. Today’s existing Internet based on TCP/I P architecture also exposed many mismatch problem with the network demand, such as content distribution efficiency is not high, support for mobile devices is poor, poor safety, poor reliability, flexibility, etc. Information center network (ICN) with Multi-homing, high safety, good mobility support, is now a hotspot of research on the Internet architecture, and is considered to be the most likely to replace the network architecture of the present Internet.ICN identify the contents by name, making it become the content-centric network, to obtain content more efficient, flexible. There are many universities and research institutions dedicated to ICN research, due to researchers different understanding ICN, therefore also different implementations of ICN, the main systems are DONA, CCN, PSIRP, NetInf, SIONA, etc. Although these ICN architecture thought is very good, but with today’s Internet compatibility is poor, in the real network deployment faces many problems, and difficult to exert its effect in the short term. Design a framework compatible with the Internet the ICN the first thing to consider is that routing. This paper puts forward the hierarchical scheme, can make the routing policy more flexible. Then, respectively, both inside and outside the Region (Region) to achieve the routing scheme based on time delay and routing scheme based on hop count. And then put forward by routing aggregation method of reducing content router routing table and load balance method by routing cache. The final routing scheme, in the area of the test section through the regional routing scheme and between internal and external communication scheme of three scenes simulation shows that our design ICN routing compatible with TCP/IP network, flexible routing according to the hierarchical strategy.
