With the advance of information technology, electronic report produced a great impact in the office automation, the report fabrication software has been used more and more widely. The display of data in the report has become the most important function of a report software. The way to save and export the report, the speed of querying database and the capabilities of processing data have become important indexes to evaluate the quality of a report software. At the same time, the amount of data in enterprises is rapidly expanding, it affects the development and competitiveness of enterprises, more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of data processing to the development of enterprises. In this situation, the function of processing large amounts of data is particularly important and urgent for a report software. How to display the data needed by users from a large number of data quickly, which is the form to present data to users, whether the steps are simple for users to access data and how to efficiently meet these needs have become questions faced by report producing software. Moreover, with the trend of the rapid development of mobile Internet, the requirements of mobile office is growing strongly. Whether a report system can support mobile office has become an important competitiveness.This paper first introduces the related theory and technology used in the development of report system, then describes the status of research. After deep study of structure of existing report tools, I put forward the design scheme and realize scheme of massive data report service system. I use the data warehouse which is based on distributed architecture to store data at the background, which ensures the efficient execution of searching and using in the case of massive data. On the basis of the rapid development of mobile Internet, I propose a new scheme of mobile report system with characteristics of mobile office. Based on the responsive web design and design technology for cross-platform client, the report system proposed in this paper can automatically adapt to the screen size of mobile terminal and can be used across mobile terminals, which increases the convenience of mobile office. At the same time, this system will store report parameters and format in different template parameter and report template, to improve flexibility and usability of report system. The design scheme presented by this paper is especially suitable for the situation with high requirement to the flexibility, mobility and amount of data. Finally, I use the jinfang heating system as the application environment of report service system, to verify the basic function of this system.
