In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet of Things, more and more devices are getting connected to the Internet. Numerous heterogeneous devices are integrated into the IoT and they are isolated with each other being lack of cooperation. The resources’sharing as well as reusing of IoT devices are thus hindered and this restricts the development of IoT. In group to realize the resources’sharing of IoT devices, what should be solved out first is how to build a open IoT system architecture with low coupling and high scalability. Then it should be achieved that how to construct the relationship between human and things, based on which the interacting between human and things, and even between things and things. The demand of human can then be better satisfied.To solve the two problems above, a Web of Things based IoT architecture is proposed. WoT technology integrating the IoT devices into network by applying the design idea and technique of web. The IoT devices are then easier to be accessed, interoperable in the web level. After that, the paper utilizing the thought of social network presents the definition of SWoT-Social Web of Things. It introduces idea and technique of social network to tackle out sharing and collaboration between IoT devices. Finally, a SWoT system where human and things club together is come up with, which can accomplish the interacting between human and things and between things and things. The capability of processing complicated problems of the system is thus enhanced and the system can serve human much better.A framework of the RESTful SWoT system platform is also proposed in this paper which makes use of the MAS (Multi-Agent Sysetms). The sheer volume of isolated island style IoT device resources are contacted with each other through the SWoT and the total usability are enlarged. The agent being an abstract decription of IoT device resources in the real world possesses basic ability of decision and autonormy. It can utilize math computing and rule inference or some prior knowledge to finish specific operating task and can interact and cooperate with other agent to accomplish some system assignments. In addition, the paper design a set of SWoT-APIs based on the characteristics of SWoT, well-opening and slack-coupling are guaranteed by the interacting between human and things and between things and things of the API.
