With the continuous development of mobile communication technology and the growth on business new demand, the growth on requirement of property of mobile anti-jamming performance, resistance to decline, and the ability to intercept resistance performance of communication, the traditional fixed frequency wireless mobile communication methods cannot satisfy customers'requirements. In comparison with fixed frequency wireless mobile communication, frequency hopping communication has much advantage on anti-interference, resistance to decline. In both modern military communications and civil communications, hopping frequency communication is widely used. On the other hand, the frequency hopping communication system can work functionally which means that the receiver can identify sender data only in case that the FH sender and the FH receiver must be identified in synchronization. Above all, FH synchronization technology is the key to hopping frequency communication systems. So we should do some research on FH communication synchronization technology, and then come up with several improvement plans to improve hopping frequency communication synchronization performance.Firstly, the paper does some research on basic theory on the frequency hopping communication synchronization technology, including hopping frequency communication system, the structure model of frequency hopping communication synchronization, the main steps, the basic algorithm, and the basic requirements of the hopping frequency communication synchronization measure. As described ,this section lay foundation on next research on FH synchronization technology。Secondly, the paper introduces FH communication synchronization methods, analyze the principle and application of tradition hopping communication synchronization methods. Considering some disadvantages for the traditional method, we put forward hopping frequency synchronization improvement scheme by putting multimode fault-tolerant algorithm on synchronous technology and double-machine heat-backup algorithm and synchronous inertia theory into FH synchronous technology. From the principles above the improved algorithm is presented, and also comes the feasibility improvement of the hopping frequency synchronous technology concrete plan.Finally, my project completed FH communication systems of synchronization performance testing through simulation. Among them, the first step, we complete FH communication synchronization; secondly we make comparison between traditional synchronization technique and improved synchronization scheme through simulation and analysis, verified synchronization technology performance. According to the analysis and improvement scheme, we can make it a referential direction for the future of FH synchronization technique.
