With the rapid development of Mobile Internet, all kinds of new media rise. LED screens with their unique continuous display characteristics are favored by the users, which have been widely used in various occasions. A wireless LED screen information publishing and managing system is designed in the paper, which can control LED screens and publish information remotely in real time.Based on B/S(Browser/Server)mode, ExtJS framework is used in this system to build the user interfaces. The users can access it through a browser in different platforms. J2EE core technology is used in server side, and a layered architecture is adopted in it, which includes the presentation layer, business logic and persistence layer. The three layers are separated into loosely coupled modules, which make the system more scalable and robust. There are three functional modules in the system, such as terminal management module, program management module and information dissemination module.A distributed database architecture is used in this system, in which the data are segmented horizontally and store into different databases with consistency hash algorithms. Specific routing rules are applied to Web applications to access required data. It can reduce the pressure on a single table access and enhance the user experience by using the distributed database technique. Now the system is running on-line and the testing result shows that it has achieved the desired requirements.
