Currently, the security of the routing protocols have been unable to meet the increasingly complex Internet environment, leading to frequent attacks on network infrastructure, especially the routing protocol, network security has become serious. In order to counter the growing cyber attacks, we need investigate new network attacks technology, and then master the latest attack techniques, and give appropriate prevention programs to protect the information security. However, any type of network attacks will bring a certain degree of damage, and the network attack process is not controllable, so attack experiments in the real environment cloud be irreversible effects on the existing systems, so we need a experimentalenvironment which is isolated from the real environment, so we can do safe, effective, reliable research in such experimental environment.There have been much more pioneering work and successful experience in the experimental environment, including hardware test-bed, simulator software and emulation platform, however, it will take much money to setup a certain size hardware test-bed, and simulator software is flawed in fidelity, and the emulation platform is between hardware test-bed and simulation software, so the emulation platform is gradually accepted by countries in recent years and spread rapidly, such as the Emulab of Utah. So this paper will select emulation platform as the experimental environment, and we use the emulation platform to do the study of typical dynamic routing protocol attack. The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows,1. According to the design concept and system architecture of Emulab, we use the virtualization technology, emulation technology and hardware facilities (such as switches, servers, serial server, wireless AP devices, etc.) to build a network emulation platform which can study the attack against the routing protocol;2. In order to study the attack on the inter-domain protocol BGP and intra-domain protocol OSPF, we use router-simulation software in the emulation platform to simulate the routers;3. In order to study the ZMW attack against the BGP session in the emulation platform, we obtain the corresponding attack parameters, and launch the attack on the target link, and then we study the impact and find a characteristic parameter which can identify the route flapping link.4. By falsifying the corresponding LSA packets to launch the routing ambiguity attacks against the OSPF on the emulation platform, through this attack we can achieve the goal of affecting the routing table entries, and then we make the research in other implementations of OSPF against this attack.
