The Cyber-Physical Systems realizes the deep integration between information network and physical network.More and more interdependencies between information networks and physical networks are presented. The failure of the nodes in the information network may cause the nodes failure in the physical network, and vice versa. In other words, attacking any subnetwork will cause corresponding cascading failures, and the cascading failure will cause great damage to the Cyber-Physical Systems, which is completely different from the failure of the single information network or physical network previously. In view of the above problrms,it is important that how to effectively evaluate the security problems of the Cyber-Physical Systems and provide effective support for Cyber-Physical systems fault prediction and security analysis. In the Cyber-Physical Systems, the network size of the information network is generally much larger than that of the physical network. Therefore,a Cyber-Physical Systems model with two different number of network nodes is proposed. On the basis of this model, the cascading failures process of the Cyber-Physical systems under different attack strategies is analyzed by using the percolation theory in network science, and a critical threshold is obtained. Then, the correctness of the critical threshold is verified by simulation experiments, thereby evaluating the reliability of the Cyber-Physical Systems. In particular, when the Cyber-Physical systems suffer from targeted attack strategy,it is necessary to convert targeted attack into random attack through a mathematical framework. Then, according to the random attack analysis cascading failure method, the reliability of the Cyber-Physical Systems during targeted attack is analyzed. And the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified by experimental comparative analysis. Finally, the above theoretical model is optimized to make the model more general.A theoretical analysis framework for the cascading failure process of the Cyber-Physical Systems for complex connection relations is proposed. The correctness of the framework is verified by simulation experiments, and the reliability of the Cyber-Physical Systems is effectively evaluated. In summary, this thesis gives an index that can measure the reliability of Cyber-Physical Systems by analyzing the failure process of cascade under different attack strategies, and provides relevant theory and method support for designing stable and reliable Cyber-Physical Systems.
