With the improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for casual drinks too rapid growth, while stimulating the rapid development of the beverage industry,driven by the massive growth in demand for liquid filling equipment. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, China’s beverage industry output has grown from2000to14.908million tons, the rapid growth to120million tons in2011,an average annual growth rate of20.7%. China’s packaging machinery from walk late, been able to meet the production needs, but always low technology content,especially the use of some advanced technologies such as small and so light,magnetism and advanced computer technology. Such performance of China’s packaging machinery will have a certain gap with foreign countries.Electrical equipment control systems early bottling line is traditional relay contactor control mode during use low productivity, high failure rate, poor reliability; troubleshooting,monitoring and maintenance of equipment can only passively to investigate empirically point of failure; and in the production process prone to secondary pollution, resulting in qualified low increase in production costs. This paper studies the control system for the automatic filling production line, filling the entire process using a programmable logic controller (Programmable Logic Controller, PLC) control, improved filling accuracy and operational stability, and make the production line set cleaning, filling, cover integration, with no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, cover for automatic control, overload protection and other functions, lack of bottle filling and capping action does not reach100%completion rate. The efficiency of a single capping head up to2000bottles/hour, filling volume error is less than0.4%.Through basic research on the overall structure of the filling machine to analyze the filling process, in accordance with the requirements of the filling machine control system design, through the analysis of the hardware configuration, according to the actual needs of the filling machine type of PLC selection and module definition, servo motors,stepper motors and other electrical components for the selection and arrangement. Finally, based on the hardware configuration, software designed for filling machine control system. Preparation of appropriate procedures and system software on the basis of the filling machine control process analysis, to achieve its filling process. Man-machine interface design, in conjunction with PLC and touch screen, full advantage of the touch screen to make the system operate more convenient.
