The research is on the topic of “The Research and Demonstration Application of keytechnology of Common underwater sonar measuring instrument measurement test” project,which is from the National Center for Marine standard measurement. The Main task is toresearch and design the control system of sound velocity profiler calibration of measurementequipment. At present, the sound velocity profiler verification methods only is self-correctingor comparing and measuring method, which is lack of laboratory measurement calibration testmeans, and unable to regulate effectively verification/calibration. In laboratory, verificationmethod to simulate the ocean temperature, depth and salinity environment is one of effectivemethods.The main content of this study is to adjust the water temperature and pressure inanechoic tank, in order to meet the test requirements. According to control study a set ofcontrol system is designed, which is used of the programmable controller as the main controlunit, the microcomputer and PC configuration software as the upper computer, and control thetemperature by controlling the heating refrigeration equipment. The heating part adoptschopping control circuit to control the output voltage to achieve the purpose of adjusting theheating power. The cooling part takes use of the cold water machine to exchange water toachieve the purpose of cooling water heat.Pressure control of anechoic tank is controlled by adjusting variable pump andproportional valve. Variable pump can adjust the output flow according to the need, at thesame time the overflow valve can ensure the safe and reliable work of the pump when thepressure overruns or pipe is blocked by means of automatically opening the shunt flow. Thepressure reducing regulator take use of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve, which couldchange the valve opening according to the electric signal, thus achieve the goal of changingflow. The system of configuration and monitoring, which display the running state of wholesystem, is designed in upper computer. Thus the system could be real-time monitored, and theparameters could be real-time setting, display, analysis, storage, and so on. The hydraulictwo-way adjusting water temperature control method is studied in this paper, and theapplication of fuzzy PID control algorithm and the temperature and pressure control strategyin the heating process is realized.
