Modern enterprise management is a business person intensive property management, corporate existence goal is to survive and develop, purpose of the enterprise is to create value for stakeholders. Enterprise value creation process needs to adapt to changing markets, management and technology. Enterprise Information Management originated in the sixties and seventies of the United States, the introduction of the last century and at the beginning of this century has been widely applied, and was shown to greatly improve the management efficiency and economic benefits. Risks with randomness, objectivity, INCIDENTAL, destructive characteristics, often causing damage to the project, construction and implementation of information technology in enterprise applications also exist a high failure rate, the main contents of this paper is H grid Company information project risk analysis and countermeasures of construction.Information technology has three notable features:high proportion of human resources, industry is highly integrated, closed strong. These characteristics determine the risk of the implementation of information technology is different from other types of risks, such as infrastructure projects. Our efforts in the planning and construction of information industry continued to strengthen, expand the overall size, from a management perspective, information risk management is an aspect which can not be ignored. Abroad in the last century began the study of information technology risk management, for our country is concerned, it is necessary to carry out risk management study of information technology implementation to support rapid information technology. In summary, the implementation of information technology risk management research has some significance.Firstly, the information for each project milestone nodes to be divided, then for each node in a large, through the use of expert questionnaires, checklists for initial risk identified risks; risk assessment approach by using probability theory; then for each milestone node child nodes using crosstabs risk analysis research method, citing icon. After the completion of risk analysis and assessment of qualitative summary of the risk response method for each child node, the final summary form conclusions. Ultimately hope to achieve enhanced risk management information technology projects to improve information management system construction and implementation of the purpose of the success rate.In the literature review and sampling survey of H Company, based on the conclusions of this paper are:risk conditions and the quality of personnel and hardware construction units and vendors participating in the construction of information technology implementation has a significant relationship, in order to reduce or eliminate the risk, needs to consider the environmental and construction of indicators for each node, local conditions using risk transfer, risk retention and other risk coping.
