Design And Implementation Of An OSGi-based Telecom User Analytics System

With the development of the Telecommunications Business, the number of telecommunications users takes on explosive growth. The Internet service provider is facing business integration that how to improve the quality of user service, real-time analysis and other issues. The dropped-call rate of AAA (Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) system is a measure of network quality and the KPI of telecommunications operators. Provinces wide data integration, legacy systems and business matching problem, because of the performance does not meet the appropriate requirements, this thesis based on OSGi(Open Service Gateway Initiative) framework includes that modules design and implement. The online user analysis system developed to help operator achieve efficient operation and maintenance decisions, to improve user satisfaction of services.In this thesis, based on OSGi technology, combined with statistical analysis of the business requirements of telecommunications users, completing the overall solution based telecommunications users to analyze the system, technical principles and system implementation. First, key technology in the requirements analysis phase, collate and summarize the user to analyze the system. To analysis of the user business requirements of telecommunications AAA Statistical Analysis System, proposed telecommunications users to analyze the overall design of the system. Secondary, based on OSGi architecture features for user statistics function module development to achieve the structure and function of each module. Including pre-processing module, then data split module, statistic online user module and dropped-call rate module, all of modules managed by OSGi framework to improve the stability and scalability of the system. Finally, the analysis of the implementation of the system online situations, research and implementation of operating results for the thesis to evaluate the processing capability of the system was tested to verify the system design requirements, to prove the role of the system in terms of user analysis with actual results.Research thesis based on OSGi telecommunications user analysis system, integration architecture to optimize business implement statistical process, allowing users to statistical analysis system has a good foundation. Telecommunications user analysis system has deployed in a number of provinces to use online to verify the technical and operational requirements of the system, to provide a good solution for users analyze statistics.
