With the great progress which has been made in the field of computer technology and internet technology in last decade. The application of MIS system has become an indispensable tool of the enterprises. And today, there are more complex requirements, longer development cycle and higher cost of development and maintenance in MIS system. In this case, the traditional ways of software development become difficult to assure the efficiency of development and also difficult to deal with the expansion needs. Software reuse is a good solution of reducing duplication of effort in software development. Therefore, it becomes useful to construct a MIS system framework that contains basic functions and has good scalability.This thesis discusses and implements a solution of MIS system framework based on B/S architecture. First, it explains the origin and development of MIS system and the trouble in the development; then it expound the core technology which used in this thesis, like software reuse, three layer architecture, etc; by analyzing the characteristics of some MIS system, it designs a reusable MIS system framework based on B/S architecture, and explains in detail of the system architecture design and the realization of each function module; at the end, it summaries the reusable solution and discusses the further work of the system.The main achievement of this thesis is realized a solution of a reusable MIS system framework, the scheme can improve the efficiency of MIS system development, and it can reduce the duplication of effort, the developers can put more focus on the company’s business. And with better scalability and maintainability, the system can be adapted to changing and expanding demands, greatly reduces the cost of developing and maintaining, provides more efficient support for the information management of enterprise.
