Based on the outstanding characteristics of the iPad, the fieldof mobile learning once again has a new starting point for development, which making mobilelearning becomes easy and efficient when the new platform has been provide to iPad. Preschoolis the beginning of lifelong education. Therefore，the merits of preschool class applicationsoftware (app) will directly affect the level of pre-school children’s physical and mentaldevelopment and quality. However，parents will be concerned about whether these educationalproducts and resources exist risks， whether to follow the laws of physical and mentaldevelopment of children of pre-school，and whether to consistent with the physiological，psychological and cognitive characteristics of pre-school children. Meantime，the developers anddesigners also should think about these problems.This paper introduces the iPad-based mobile devices. Meeting the teaching objectives anddeveloping a good user experience are the higher pursuit for the pre-school children educationalsoftware. In order to achieve entertaining results，I propose the pre-school children’s specificneeds for Interface design elements and principles based on analyzing the development statusand interface design features of pre-school children’s educational software in the current market，combing the researches and analysis of pre-school children’s physical development，psychological and cognitive features，and interpreting the interface design theory. With the era ofdevelopment and progress，Pre-school children educational software applications will continue togive fresh content as well as Interface design methods will be continuously improved.Therefore， studying the pre-school children applications products has good applicationprospects.
