In order to meet the growing demand of social modernization, China ArchitecturalDesign Academy of Sciences has put forward the information on the needs of theproject, carry on the reform of informatization in the whole hospital, aims to establish andimprove the information system meets the Design Institute of the current projectmanagement business needs, to ensure that the daily management of project management inthe design institute to carry out a full cover, further establish the architecture designinstitute information related to the management system, improve the design institute.The design institute is now mainly exist some problems on projectnegotiation,project bidding and project process management in project management,projectmanagement mainly is no unified management standards, in project management is nowmainly apply through traditional paper file, and theapproval of the daily general affairsmanagement, a application for the projectto complete complete need many days tocomplete, is the main document approval from one sector to another sector between theneed to need time totransfer, is not ready to reach. In view of the present situation andDesign Institute proposed the establishment of the system demand, hope that throughthe design and the establishment of information system in line with the actual situationof the design institute to implement the solution to these problems,improve the DesignInstitute of project management in the management system, pipe processing efficiencytheory issues in the project design instituteto enhance, improve officeefficiency design hospital.According to the Design Institute of the general project requirements, weconducted adetailed investigation of the Design Institute of project management, sorting out andanalyzing the Design Institute for the needs ofthe system, including the function, thesystem’s business processes, business forms and so on, anddistinguished leadership system on the advice and so on. According to the sortinginto system requirements analysis relateddocument. The analysis of the currentsituation and Design Institute on the project management of the business requirements andthe management andexisting problems, put forward by the Oracle database as thefoundation,established as hardware environment of project management systeminWindows PC. This system adopted the process tool and the form engine and the Oracle SQL Developer software, JAVA development language, usingthenow mainstream object-oriented development thought and platformdevelopment technology to realize the various functions of the system. The project after thesystem demand analysis on the system outline design, the system functions need tohave sorted out, and then according to the demandof function structure and system, as wellas the Oracle data structure of database, using the Oracle SQL Developer databasedevelopment tool, the database design, including the system tables, triggers, storedprocedures.Design and development of the database after the completion of thesystemwe need to use the JAVA development language for the interface of the system andthe detailed implementation of each function, the system development usesthe modular development mode, the system each function module, thenthe single function of development, then through the system of business processesor data interface assembly.Through the collection, collation, analysis and Design Institute of historicalprojectmanagement forms, documents and materials, determine theperformance and functions ofdatabase system should possess, carries on themodeling of the data processing, sorting outthe relevant business process.Through the overall system design and detaileddesign, and the design of the system described in detail, analyses the basic principle andfunction of each module of the software. The database to Oracle11G as the basis forthedesign and implementation of, namely the create database tables andrelationships inthe Oracle11G, using the process tool to realize the workflowdefinition and management etc..
