In recent years, GPS has been widely applied in all walks of life of nationaleconomy, it has fast, time saving, high efficiency and other characteristics, the use of lowfrequency signal, even if the bad weather can still maintain considerable penetrationsignal, global coverage of up to98%, is by far the best navigation positioning system.With the further development and promotion of GPS technology, beacon, DGPS, RTK,CORS network base station differential technology and other related technologysynchronization mature, in North Harbour, Guangzhou port, Xiamen port, Quanzhou port,Fuzhou port, Ningbo port, Shanghai port, Tianjin port, Dalian Port port and other coastalimportant engineering construction, ship navigation, pilotage help guide, salvage, drillingexploration and other fields has been widely used.But marine positioning system developed at home and abroad are independentrunning platform, unable to navigation directly in the CAD engineering graphics, somesystems though can through the*.DXF files transferred, only with straight line, circleand simple graphic information such as, and often because of the CAD versioncompatibility problems that the exported DXF can not read and correct call failed.Navigation background is generally blank interface, such as offshore reefs, islands,fishing nets, AIDS to navigation reference cannot be directly present in the system, poorvisibility; definition of southwest corner coordinates in the location before the operation,but also set the work region length, width, especially when the work area cannot bedetermined accurately to deal with.One of the business model design and comb is the core of system design work, onlyto become familiar with the various processes, the details of the business, to the scientificplanning, design good software suitable for the needs of different users. The system onlytheoretical knowledge may make a design out of the solution is not applicable, thedisadvantages of low accuracy, complex operation, large amount of data storage etc.. Igraduated from the shipping management department has been working, has long been engaged in port and waterway engineering, port planning, port administration work,accumulated a certain amount of work experience. In the actual project managementwork found the problems or defects of the existing domestic and foreign commercialsoftware, using CAD powerful graphics manipulation functions, combined with the GPSlocation data accurate, in the development of domestic first on the CAD platform usingthe GPS data to realize the real-time dynamic navigation system (copyright registrationnumber:2008SR19107), the marine navigation intuitive, efficient, fast, and carry onthorough analysis to the characteristics of offshore location, positioning error of wave,tide factor, wind speed, water depth may lead to classify the culling; reference designexperience of other domestic system, to optimize the integration of functional modules,menu layout software architecture.At the beginning of the design, I conducted a careful analysis of various computerlanguages, the use of low-level language (C, C++) advantages of direct access tohardware to design a series of navigation and communication receiving module, using Clanguage pointer and dynamic array to design and calculation module, and compiled intoa dynamic link library; using advanced language to access and manipulate AutoCADadvantages, to design the interface, the dialog box and drawing. Can be widely,running smoothly in the CAD R2000above the various versions of the drawing platform,as well as in the corresponding version compatible with other domestic CAD twodevelopment platform, home edition and professional edition and other operations forWin98, Me,2000, Xp system platform.Now our country is developing marine economy, accompanied by the constructionof large vessels, automation demand for construction positioning is also changing, thenext step will be based on the offshore construction characteristics, difficulties, furtheroptimization, perfect, add the corresponding module function, make the software runmore efficient, more accurate positioning, maintaining more convenient and feasible.
