With the continuous development of distributed generation, the development ofsmart grid and proposed the further requirement, to gradually realize the distributedpower generation equipment and distributed generation power on the Internet,establish for each power systems, power plants, and the unity of the distributedpower generation equipment control platform. Than traditional smart grid control,the distributed generation network of intelligent control, the difficulty lies mainly inthe following aspects: first of all, the more dispersed power generation equipment,for distributed power generation equipment, no longer USES the centralizedinstallation, and could be a home user or park users, independent installation and use,and therefore is difficult to control; Second, power generation equipment variety, thecurrent power generation technologies used in distributed generation rich variety,mainly include solar energy, wind energy, tidal energy, biomass, etc., the functionprinciple of the equipment and management methods are not the same, andmanagement of these heterogeneous devices is another difficulty; Finally, thedistributed power generation equipment of electric power is low, at the same timesource is scattered, if the power into the national grid, will inevitably impact on thecurrent mode of transmission and distribution and line, how to coordinate differentpower and source of power, and realize the unified and effective power transmissionand distribution, is also one of the major difficulties.Electric power communication has always been the hot spot of the study, on theinternational and domestic, has formed several agreements on the electric powercommunication, and has achieved the practical application.In this paper, powercommunication engineering background in analyzing mass data technology on thebasis of power communication platform for the overall design.According to thedesign goal, to build a system framework, established with efficient, intelligent,automated functional modules, the database system was the logical design and interface design, analysis, reasoning based on the power of information technologyand decision-making body, it has a smart ability to make decisions and improvecommunication efficiency and intelligence level of the power system, and theelectric power communications platform for functional testing and performancetesting.
