As a supplementary of centralized power supply, Distributed generation will play an import role in making full use of renewable energy and reducing environmental pollution, etc. It has been extensive attention by power workers at home and abroad, as one of the key technologies of the power development this century. Distributed generation connecting electric grid may have an impact on the grid. To accurate assessing the security and stability of power grid connecting distributed generation, it is necessary to analyze the impact from the quantitative point of view on the basic research, which requires the corresponding parameters of monitoring devices.In this paper, the parameters monitoring device is researched and developed for distributed generation connecting electric grid. The device has a dual-CPU structure based on DSP chip TMS320LF2407 and PC. It makes the system miniaturization, integration and shortened the design cycle, and improves the measurement accuracy. The hypogynous machine is the DSP chip, which is used to complete the signal acquisition of the scene and data processing. The epigynous machine is the PC, which is used to complete the system management and monitoring. The communication between DSP and PC uses RS-232C standard.In this paper, the fast algorithm of recursive least square method is proposed for parameters monitoring. And simulates and compares with three main parameters monitoring algorithm: fast Fourier transform, wavelet transform and least square method. It gives the calculation method of various electric parameters based on the least square method, and then outlines the structure and function of the device. In this paper, the implementation of hardware devices is described, including the formation loop of voltage, analog filtering, communication module, and so on, whose theory and circuit are given. At last, the design and implementation of software is described in detail. The software is designed by C language and assembly language in modular structure, including analog to digital conversion, data processing, communication module, man machine interface, and so on.
