Modernsociety needs qualified personnel, a qualified personnel need tobecomprehensive, strict education and training, which requires the first-class trainingcenter. First class training to first-class management, first-class management to have thefirst-class management means. Therefore, to develop a set of suitable for the social needsof the training and examination management system. Through the application of computerassisted management,toreducethe work intensity, quickly extracting useful informationfrom complex data, standardization, regulate and promote training examinationmanagement,improvethe work efficiency of training and examination management.Therefore the establishment of "training and examination management system", withthe following three point:(1) In the concept, the establishment of training education. Twenty-first Century is thetime of occupation training, training and education, we construct the data model of thedemand of the new era, not only includes the basic situation of students, and preschoolassessment, suitable for training teaching timely evaluation, comprehensive evaluation andinstant feedback, thus providing a complete process for the whole training, accurate andcomprehensive training information, to provide scientific basis for the analysis anddecision of long-term.(2) In theory, linked with CBE model. Including the basic features of CBE: prominentability, clear objectives, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and timelyfeedback. The spirit of "up for what we lack" principle, through "to provide training andexamination management system" of the feedback analysis of the data, can quickly find themissing things, also is the training market, so as to quickly grasp the business opportunities,expand the training field, so as to improve the enterprise benefits.(3)In practice, for the analysis and decision of leadership, through instant, accuratedata and report provides the basis for analysis and decision-making for leadership, so as to make quick, accurate decisions, improve work efficiency, reduce decision-making errorscaused by inaccurate data sources.
