| With the development of society, household management service has been listed as one of the ten sunrise industries. Traditional household management service couldn't satisfy the requirements of customers. More and more families expect for various diversity and high-quality of household management service, which puts forward higher demand, and meanwhile provides more space for future development.Modern household management service needs to cover a series of management tasks including enrollment, training, recommendation and after service. In order to prompt the productive efficiency, reduce the management cost, improve the service quality and the management level as well as increase the economic profit, modern household management service has to put great reliance on highly advanced technology and facilities to realize the modern information management. This paper designs a household service management system, consisting of the database management system and the video-monitoring system, based on LAN needed by the practical management of Sun Shine Sister Household Management Service Company.Firstly, this paper introduces system analysis, structure design, release, installation and system testing of the household service management system in detail. Household service database management system is developed on the basis of the company's actual operation. The system presented in this paper is built on LAN, run on Windows Operation System and chose Visual FoxPro9.0 as development platform. There are six functions in this mini multi-user system: data input, query, analysis and statistic, report printing, system management and system maintenance. This system places database file in the share file folder on the LAN, and the users could visit the file in the database and shared access the data. Besides, the system could lock and unlock the data sheet automatically, reduce the access conflict to the lowest level and protect the integrity of the data by applying opening scale buffer method. Searching and updating data could be accomplished by using SQL which is short for Structured Query Language especially by the sentence SELECT. The shining points of this system are the development of the searching function of Chinese characters and the fast way to search in both homophone and the character with the same initial which promotes the searching efficiency. System interface is friendly, direct and easy-maintenance.Secondly, many particularities exist in the domestic service industry: many contradictions and disputes, complex personnel composition, lack of legal basis for resolving conflicts in the future, and the company's assets and information security without protection. Therefore, this paper presents the design of hardware of video surveillance system and its software optimization program, and successfully uses track movement algorithm in this system. For the indoor monitoring, this system uses "digital video + video capture card + PC + monitoring software" mode and the monitoring function could be accomplished very well by the digital video placed in the target zone. For the outdoor software, in order to cover the broadened target zone, rotational station is introduced. This monitoring system, which uses TW-6288 color DC,SDK2500 PCI video card made by 10 moons company, RS232/RS485 converter and computer, realizes static and dynamic monitoring based on VC++6.0. At the same time, this paper researches the moving object tracking algorithm in order to realize the intelligent monitoring system.Up to now, the home economics database network management and video monitoring system has been used in Sun Shine Sister Household Management Service Company. From the current situation of the company's feedback, the system is running in good condition. This subject is a successful attempt in modern home service industry. |
