| The standardization of enterprise archives means making rules about the work and concepts during enterprise archives management, which is a work that unifying the management to make it perfect. Standardization management, which runs through the whole link in enterprise archives management, is the assurance of enterprise archives work.Firstly, as the archives department holds the enterprise’s core resources and be regarded as the enterprise information resource center, it plays an important role to the competition and development of the enterprise. As a result of that, enterprise archives management should have rules and regulations. Secondly, along with the diversification of enterprise and the enrichment of enterprise archives, enterprise archives management in China is still changing and exploring. The emergence of new situations and new problems of enterprise archives management work is a huge challenge, which makes more requires about enterprise archives management. Enterprise archives management needs to run under a certain system.This paper mainly uses method of induction and method of comparative analysis. Firstly, in the background of the development of politics and economy, the author analyzes the condition of the standardization of enterprise archives since the foundation of China. Dividing the whole course into six periods, including pre-conventional level, creating and initial stage of development, frustration stage, recovery stage, reform and development stage and market economy period. Then analyzing the characters of each period by using method of comparative. What’s more, making a conclusion about the whole law of the development of enterprise archives standardization management in our country. Finally, based on the analysis above, revealing the enlightenment to enterprise archives management from national level and enterprise level. |
