The Information management system in this project involve many different type of requirements. The complicated the system; the higher the need for Requirement Management. Requirement Management is the fundamental basic of the entire Project Management, which is also the critical success factor of a project.Due to the fact that the similar type of project is still in the infant stage in China, lack of experience&reference. A complicated need/requests from different stakeholder, and these often influence by many restriction on the subjective factor and individualized different request.A scientific&complete Requirement Managements System is yet to develop. In order to ensure the high quality of the project requirement, the following needs to be prepared:Well Communication channel need to be established, Processes for Requirement Management, Prudent consideration from the stakeholder; deep dive into (find out) the potential request, and highly focus on change request management.This thesis develops the prototype process&framework for Requirement Management in order to improve enhance the efficiency of project process development.This thesis provides a proposed solution to according to the theoretical analysis stated Project Requirement Engineering Theory. The analysis focus on Requirement gathering, Requirement identify, Requirement audit, Requirement Tracking&Requirement Change Management, with these, it develops the prototype process&framework for Requirement Management for a Life Science Laboratory, particularly focusing on Change request management, solving&coordinating the problems arising from communication, analysis&change management. Chapter3-Basing on the "one stop solution" platform development for Beijing University of Chinese Medicine-testify how the established processes&framework for Requirement Management guide the requirement analysis throughout the entire Project development process, and justify the Requirement Management provides enough assurance for the succeed of the entire project.After10months of system design has been delivered on time, the scope of the project very good control of the impact of requirements change,the progress of the project are not too big effect, customer satisfaction is very high, fully proved effective requirement management is to the success of the whole project guarantee.
