Under the background of economic globalization, the socialist market economygradually established, all aspects of our society has changed more and more, andbroader horizons and measure of things are also rising, all kinds of media in the rapiddevelopment of society is in constant adjustment and change themselves to adapt tothe changes in the environment.Which enjoys an absolute advantage in terms ofinfluence, the amount of information of TV media is under the influence of socialdevelopment, highlight the consumerism society background, the television began toserve for the audience, the audience watch the demand as the first premise ofprogramming.TV media under the environment of "change" to seek "strain" of type,its function has experienced from for the purpose of popularizing education to for thepurpose of aesthetic entertainment.The subject consciousness of the audience incontinuously strengthen,"I see you play" television transmission form has been farfrom satisfied with them.At the same time, the television media, universality,availability of some of them will live demand also pass on to television, hoping to besatisfied through the channels of television.Under such situation, reward elementarises at the historic moment.In the TV program planning and communication,incentive elements shows its importance increasingly.Reward in a variety of forms,but for the feeling of the winners are the same, that is excited and the glory, this is theessence of the reward in TV program.Reward element has the diversity of content andform of flexibility, it starting from the needs of the audience, to meet the needs of theaudience, for the purpose of fully open, arouse people’s inner emotional style, as aresult, not only make the TV program from the abundance of the content and form ofthe strengthened, and attract the audience’s attention, better enhanced section of theform.This thesis is divided into four most.First, in the introduction part mainlydiscusses the incentive element research background is analyzed.The reform andopening to the outside environment led to the media consumption era, as a result,communication activity began to by the propagator centered mode to audience centered model changes.The first chapter first analyzes the phenomenon of rewardapplication in every field of life, to reward as elements can be reasonably make fullbedding, appeared in the TV program at the end of this chapter puts forward theconcept of reward elements, on the clear definition.The second chapter is divided intothree sections, the first and second reward elements are summarized, characteristicsand types of the third section, from five aspects analyzes the incentive elementcomposition.The third chapter mainly analyzes the incentive element in the TVprogram after inspired by the new form of demand, it is the element reward thesignificance, and puts forward the incentive element to generate a new TV programform some of the thinking.
