Vermicular cast iron has widely application in the engineering. However,compactedgraphite iron existed of difficulties about controlling creep rate in production. Frontdetection methods commonly used to control the rate of creep in the actual production.Currently, thermal analysis techniques in the blast furnace is the application of moreadvanced detection technology at home and abroad. How accurate liquid cooling curve castiron collection to your computer and accurate extraction can characterize the eigenvaluescreep rate curve is the most critical. The topic for this problem,we design temperaturecooling curve data about acquisition system. The sample cup of built-in thermocouple andthe IPC composed in a data acquisition system hardware. Using labview software systemthrough a serial port consist of the IPC to communicate. Completed the acquisition of ironfluid temperature cooling curve, real-time display, data storage and feature value extractionfunctions.We solve the following key technologies in the software development process.1. Without lost packets, according to the serial port communication packettransmission protocol,We solved the four channels to extract the data packets at a rate oftwo data packets transmitted per second under the conditions and data analysis.2. We not only achieve a multi-channel cooling liquid temperature curve cast onlinedynamic display and analysis functions after the playback,but also achieve the file storagepath and file name automatically generated. In addition,we achieve a variety of dataformats while storing function.3. Based on the collected numerical differential thermal analysis curves of the filter,such as processing,extraction was studied on the thermal analysis curves can reflect creeprate of TAL,TEU,TEM,TEReigenvalue extraction method,and developed a correspondingprogram.4. We designed a thermal analysis software interface. The user interface is not onlyinformative but also developed simple. Test results show that,The issue created a dataacquisition system and software system developed fully meet the requirements which iscast iron liquid temperature cooling curve line acquisition and analysis.
