With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, modernelectromagnetic environment is increasingly complex, and the radio spectrumresources are becoming increasingly strained, all of these bring a great deal ofdifficulty to radio monitoring and spectrum management. Therefore, for effectivemanagement, we must monitor the limited radio spectrum resources with the aid ofadvanced radio technology, in order to purify the electromagnetic environment, tomeet the social demand for radio spectrum. One of the most important content ofradio monitoring is the radio direction-finding.This paper’s goal is to design a flexible and effective micro-radio direction-finding systems.Design and implementation the framework of the overall structurehardware composition、software design and other functions for the micro-radiodirection finding system.The system has been initially completed, and after the testand debug, test results show that the system is relatively stable, achieved the designgoal. Its terminal is a smart phone, and it has characteristics of small size, lightweight, wide frequency range and strong directional. A single person can workindependently with it, and also people can work with each other, or people, vehicles,stations coordinate with a variety of ways. The system can identify signals in acomplex electromagnetic environment, and transmit the signal’s location informationand each specific location of staff to other staff and the control center, so the controlcenter can conduct unified scheduling. It is easy to move, and more efficient in theregion of vehicle inconvenient to arrive, so it is more practical.
