With the development of Hospital Information System(HIS), Clinical LaboratoryInformation Technology has been further developed. Clinical Laboratory InformationSystem(LIS) to provide better information for clinical diagnosis support. In this thesis,the Clinical Laboratory Information System, including Clinical Testing subsystems andClinical Expert subsystem. The system can provide the clinical test data storage, queryand auxiliary diagnostic services.The system centralized storage and use the result of testing, immune, bacteria,radiate immune, analytical instruments to manage and transfer whole data in theexperimental analysis. Moreover the system will automatic acquisition or manual entryanalysis table, report, check of results and sent them to the hospital departments,including the finance department, outpatient, inpatient department, clinical departments.At the same time, the information of the clinical expert system is based on clinicallaboratory information system.In this thesis, the realization of the clinical diagnosis expert subsystem is a lot ofexpertise in a system of procedures. Application of artificial intelligence technology totest the data-based reasoning based on knowledge of the clinical experts. The systemknowledge base of professional fields, the design of the inference engine, according tothe strategy of reasoning, based on test data and diagnostic rules to derive conclusions.The inference engine module, the knowledge acquisition module, the interpreter moduleand knowledge base module.The rationality of the clinical examination of the expert system has been studied toachieve credibility calculation sub-module. Credibility calculation rules based on roughmembership function, and the credibility for the information is not complete,information incompatibility caused credibility problems were analyzed.System has been, effectively reducing the workload of clinical laboratoryphysicians, improve the work efficiency of the hospital laboratory. Field test the qualityof expert systems for clinical diagnosis and has provided valuable experience for thedesign and optimization of expert system inference engine provides a detailed referencefor further study of the expert system for clinical testing.
