| Informationization construction of our colleges and universities has entered into the phase of resources integration and application integration. With the rapid development of e-commerce, it is a general trend for it to go into campus. Because of its simple settlement function and its limited transaction space, the all-in-one system, which is the payment system on campus, cannot satisfy the daily needs of the teachers and students. Wider application forced card system toward sharing type direction to development, and integration of various payment platform; And on the campus every large application, management system integration; And students in school during the study, the life, work fusion; In a word, teachers and students in no matter on campus, campus outside, whether in study, life, entrepreneurship, employment and so on all state will depend on campus card system.The author has always been engaged in information management in colleges and universities, therefore has an in depth understanding of existing problems of the all-in-one system. Although different in the scale and major, colleges and universities still have something in common in their management work. Our college will move to Tianjin Haihe Education Park-a national vocational education reform and innovation demonstration area in the next few years. According to the "unified planning, concentration of education, intensive development" construction thought, the all-in-one system will be a systematic project because all the colleges will carry out the principle of sharing teachers, courses, credit hours, resources and equipments, therefore it is necessary to consider the problem from holistic perspective of both park and colleges. The all-in-one system will adopt the optimized management method to analyze the current system in order to propose an improved way to adapt to the development of the colleges. Meanwhile the all-in-one system can take the advantage of the information technology to satisfy the needs of both teachers and students, improve the colleges’ management environment, living environment, teaching environment and entrepreneurial environments. This paper explores how to combine e-commerce with campus all-in-one system, how to expand the channel of payment, and how to use the system to manage the school and regulate the students. The author modularizes and unites the different function and draws lessons from the international advanced design idea and outstanding business practice, the students’registration, students’learning practice, students’work and students’employment work are designed to be the corresponding utility nodes according to the life cycle development sequence. Through the questionnaires, the author understands how the teachers and students use the campus card and let the functions, management method and the step of the card system close to users. Making use of the advanced technology, the author has designed the campus card system that suits to the development requirements of the colleges and universities and to the future development of the mobile internet. Through the case of the construction of campus card system in Tianjin College of Commerce, together with the quality control method, the author analyses and draws a set of scientific, reasonable and precise design scheme. |
