The rapid development of the21st century, the popularity of the Internet, people’saccess to information through the Internet, communicate with friends, watchingmovies. Internet greatly improve people’s working efficiency, enrich people’s spirituallife. Meanwhile, as more and more people use the Internet, the content of the Internetis also rapidly expanding in geometric growth, the Internet is becoming increasinglycrowded. Due to lack of necessary traffic management and clear means of backbonebandwidth is rapidly consumed, IP network traffic order on the brink of imbalance.For this problem, the Internet presents a solution called CDN, CDN stands forContentDeliveryNetwork, namely content distribution network. Its purpose is to add alayer of new network architecture in the existing Internet, the content posted to thesite closest to the user’s network "edge" that allows users to go to obtain the desiredcontent, troubleshoot Internet network congestion conditions, improve the responsespeed of the user access to the site. Comprehensive solution due to networkbandwidth is small, user access website response speed user access large, unevendistribution network and other reasons caused the problem of slow technically. Withthe continuous development of CDN technology, and now the CDN solutions havenot satisfied simply by increasing the "edge" of services to enhance the userexperience, but needs an intelligent, real-time sensing user quality of service andquality of real-time network systems. By getting to the real-time network, analyzingthe best link users to access and to provide users with the best service nodes, so as toenhance the quality of the user’s access."Research and implementation of a content distribution network schedulingsystem" selected as the research topic of this article, the distribution system byscheduling policy research, IO-based real-time bandwidth of each node IP ownershipand operator of statistical analysis and content distribution system, a comprehensiveanalysis enabling intelligent content distribution network scheduling. Research andimplementation of this system is the key point, how can intelligently load balancingtraffic scheduling and dispatching network nodes. Finally, design and implementation CDN global load balancing scheduling system, intelligent scheduling site nodes toenhance the user’s access to resources download speed, improve user accessexperience. There is also protection of load-balancing each service node, allowingservices to leverage resources and improve efficiency.
