Construction Scheme Of Internet TV Platform Based On CDN Technology

For domestic telecom operators,as the revenue growth of telecom services declines,the revenue contribution rate of data and Internet services has exceeded 100% year-on-year,and it has gradually become a business-led.The telecom operators are currently evolving from a stage where market share is at the core of competition to a stage where traffic share is at the core of competition,how to form a data stream based on a huge user flow and how to use the data stream to drive cash flow can be described as the focus of the current stage.According to the 181 th document of the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television,Telecom operators develop Internet settop boxes to achieve legalization,operators can take advantage of existing user scale and broadband resources to further promote the development of Internet TV services.Based on the actual situation and needs of the current mobile Internet TV platform in Jiangxi,the construction plan of Jiangxi mobile Internet platform is proposed,including EPG(Electronic Program Guide)construction plan,CDN(Content Delivery Network)platform construction plan and system disaster recovery plan.Three CDN platform construction plans from the expansion of the original platform or the establishment of a new platform and the use of general-purpose servers or professional servers are proposed with a comprehensive comparative analysis.In the construction scheme of Internet TV platform based on CDN technology new regional CDN nodes,provincial and municipal secondary network architectures are designed to achieve full-service CDN sinking,and more than 95% of users can be scheduled to the nearest node according to the regional construction object,which can reduce IDC(Internet Data Center)and CMNET(China Mobile Network)traffic pressure.The provincial backbone transmission network construction cost effectively reduces the pressure on the transmission network in the province.It is of significance for the construction and operation mode of Telecom operators' Internet TV.
