Research And Development Of Information Management System For College Student Pioneering Park

Recently, many local governments and colleges or universities establish pioneering parks,education training centers and business incubators specifically for college students, whichprovide the projected students with a good actual platform, and also offer students practicearea to enhance their ability. These measures greatly improve the students’ enterprise ability.However, as the increase of pioneering requirement and market competition, thedevelopment of Startup communities meets a bottleneck, which is “excess hardware, but lackof management services.” Especially, if a college doesn’t have a unified informationmanagement system, it’s very difficult to have a smooth communication between thepioneering park management department (pioneering park management office), thepioneering teams (pioneering studios), and the students in school. This will lead toinconsistence of each managing departments and also low efficiency of project managementof its personnel. At present an important solution to these problems is to upgradeinformationization level in all directions, so as to provide the with a prompt, effective, highquality working environment.The author has developed an Information Management System for College StudentPioneering Park, basing on the management process in Huizhou Economics And PolytechnicCollege Pioneering Park according to the peculiarity of Student Pioneering Park management.This thesis contains computer network, database, ASP, data digging&analyzing.The main research work done by the author is as follows:(1) Analyze ASP, B/S structure, SQL Server and data-digging, combine with the uniquesituation of Huizhou Economics And Polytechnic College Poineering Park, analyze therequirements of functional orientation, performance, running environment of the InformationManagement System for College Student Pioneering Park, which lays the foundation fordesign,development and implementation of the whole system.(2)Provide a overall design scheme of the Information Management System for HuizhouEconomics And Polytechnic College Student Pioneering Park, and make a general design forthe system. (3) Develop the Information Management System for College Student Pioneering Park,realize the functions of various system modules, and complete the system testing.Now, this system has been running in Huizhou Economics And Polytechnic CollegePioneering Park, and it runs good. It can be a big support to the management innovation of thepioneering park and the management departments.
