To keep up with theadvanced network technology in today’s society using JSP+serverlet to the front deskand the realization of the middle tier; For the selection of database technology, thispaper adopts the current of the world’s most advanced distributed relational databaseORACLE database system to design the database.Himself through consulting a large number of plan management system relatedpapers and documents, summarize the plan management system theory as the contentof this paper, puts forward some innovative points, such as the standardization of thedata, the process of gm and unification, the process of the paperless and informationin a timely manner.
