The Design And Realization Of Web Based Integrated Managements System For Party Affairs

In response to the spirit of reform and innovation at primary level which isproposed in the eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China and thefirst plenary session of the eighth central committee of the communist party of China,and actively promote the reform of grassroots party construction innovation, Anintegrated network management system for party organization was developed forexploring grassroots party organizations to carry out new forms and new way oforganization life.The pattern of multi-campus and the requirement of tempering teachers inenterprises make the teacher’s liquidity greater and not convenient for rapidconcentration. On the other hand, the mobility of teachers working location and thedispersion of living location bring some troubles, such as paying dues’, participatingin organizational life and inner-party democracy voting, etc. Using this platform, amore positive and flexible way of communication and learning places can be provided,and never restricted by time and space.Guangdong institute college of science and technology is a higher vocational andtechnical school which has more than1000staffs and more than twenty thousandfull-time students, the party management task is very heavy, and it is urgent todevelop a network platform to implement the corresponding management functions.The system was developed in Linux operating system to ensure stability andsecurity. The PHP was adopted as development language to improve efficiency andshorten development time, and Apache was used as running server to ensure rapidresponse of the system, MySQL5.0was utilized as database server to reduce cost ofdevelopment and maintenance. The above combination (Linux+PHP+MySQL+Apache) belongs to the open source software configuration whick has advantages oflow cost and mature operations.This system includes democratic vote, online communication, party memberevaluation, organization and management, party member development, dues’ pay,grassroots party building, video conferencing, propaganda and education, and otherfunctions. It solves to managements of school party committee well, bringsconvenience to organize members in group activities, and innovated forms oforganization life.
