With the large-scale construction of SG(smart grid), power communicationnetwork(PCN) as the second large physic network which guarantee the security andstability of this also needed intelligent. New requirements of SG business promoteconversion of traditional PCN business which makes increase in numbers of IED,network scale and complexity. The reasons above makes a great change of business inPCN. Though there are no change in traditional production and schedule business,data businesses tend to increase dramatically. This would make cross transmissionbusiness increase greatly. However SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) ringnetworks can not protect cross transmission business effectively, ASON(Automatically Switched Optical Network) can solve the problem. So, many PCNShave added ASON devices and have realized integration of ASON and traditionalPCN. In order to use ASON technology fully, how to optimize network performanceof power communication ASON network plays an important role in redundancy andreliability of PCN after introduction ofASON and need to be studied further.Firstly, the model of power communication ASON network has been establishedby the principles of graph theory and then we study BAalgorithm in optimization ofun-weighted network, MGP algorithm in weight network and introduce algebraicconnectivity as the basic measurement. On the basic of these, we optimize the processto a double bisection algorithm of weighted dynamic network. In order to achieveoptimal edge, the algorithm uses sum of degree of two vertexes as the weigh of edgeand uses bisection operation of weighted networks secular equation. And then weanalyze the method of relations between network performance by adding an edge andvertex’s degree based on sum network path length and efficiency function. Lastly, weuse double BAto achieve the optimal edge of power communicationASON networkin an area and it shows that this algorithm makes greater performance than other fourstrategies. And then we analyze the characteristic of the adding edge which makesnetworks a stronger performance and the reason of the edge’s characteristic.
