The highway evenness measuring system based on laser vision method isdeveloped. This measuring system can accurately get the three-dimensional data ofthe highway surface, and put them into the formulas to obtain the final evennessparameter values. A structured-light sensor calibration method is designed, which isfast and suitable for promotion in engineering practice.The major research and key works of this thesis are as follows:1. The system takes a application of structured-light3D surface measuringtechnology to achieve three-dimensional data of specific surface points, and gets thedistance information by laser distance meters. Using a non-contact measurement, themeasurement won’t impact on the road and could get higher measurement accuracy.2. Based on Zhang’s camera model, a suitable three dimensional math model isconstructed.3. The system designed a new global plane target, which allowed multiplesensors to get their intrinsic and external camera parameters and light parameters justby one calibration. And the coordinates are unified at the same time. The wholeprocess is simple and fast, and suitable for engineering environment.4. A method with a new turbulence amplitude sensor is proposed to correct theturbulence amplitude of the system. Establish error correct model to the measuresystem. This model could accurate the system’s error and meets the accuracyrequirements.5. Calibration experiment、 precision experiment and actual measurementexperiment are done. Those experimental results prove that the measuring precision ofthe system is better than±0.2mm.
